The end is the beginning is the end

The End by the The Doors is a classic, and everyone's talking about Riva Starr's new remix. Apparently opening The Doors up to a new audience isn't in the commercial interests of the label. Never mind eh?

Here is a slightly older remix that I'm also quite partial to. Which do you prefer?

The Doors - The End (Riva Starr ReTrip)

Dirty South / The Doors - The End (Tocadisco Loves Tech Remix)

I like both, the both suit a different feeling, the Riva Star one is impressive upon the first listen so I will pick it;)

My vote goes to Riva Starr. Tocadisco Loves Tech's remix doesn't really capture much of the original feel, and the original song is just so great.

UUUh. Such a good track, the original! Both mixes are well felt, on their own level. Tocadiso's a happy bouncing monster, while Riva's follows somewhat the Original. i've heard some techno remixes of The End few years back and they all sticked to the original feeling. Tocadiso didn't. Like it.
Dig both remixes for their different personalities.

Did Riva Starr just but a kick drum on the original track. The original track is great but a remix is a re-mix right? Should be a new interpretation of the original.

My vote goes to Dirty south. Solid and much more suited to the d.floor. Love it.
